Specifically we work with Andromeda to seek out opportunities for Information Technology products and services that:

• Through improved access to markets, drive incremental revenues;
• Through efficiency improvements, or disintermediation drive reduction and control of costs.

Our role in the funding process with Andromeda is one of a trusted advisor where Venture4th becomes closely involved in potential investee business opportunities prior to financing and then following the securing of funding remain in place for the long term to focus the business on the creation and realisation of value for all shareholders.

Typically, Venture4th will work with the management of candidate investee businesses to get them to an advanced state of "investment readiness". This process will ensure that the very best proposition for management and indeed the clearest case for investors is well defined before undertaking detailed and time consuming investment activity.

Experience has shown us that the process of raising funds is time consuming and distracting for the managers of investee businesses and fraught with challenges for potential investors. By entering into a partnership with Andromeda we are able to assist the fund to invest in a greater number of quality opportunities and to ensure that these businesses perform in a robust manner. Should a Venture4th client business not be the right proposition for Andromeda the Venture4th team is also close to a number of other sources of funding and will work with client company management to find the best fit for the opportunity.
