Nick has held board level and senior management posts with a range of technology product, service and distribution organisations over the last 25 years. Over this time Nick has been instrumental to building value within organisations including Woodcote, Prevx, Mips Computer Systems, Trader Point ICL and Spectrum Group. Co-founding the technology accelerator organisation Clarity International Ltd in 1997, Nick developed a compelling position for the company securing relationships with major industry players such as Oracle, CSC and Shell Systems International as well as many pre- and post-IPO technology companies headquartered in Europe and the US.
With a broad set of skills Nick is able to assist our technology ventures in a range of areas including;
- Vision, Strategy and Business Plan Development
- Building, motivating, coaching and leading management teams
- Fund-raising experience from seed capital and grant funding through development stage capital
- Mergers, acquisitions and disposals, both as entrepreneur and as an advisor
