Our directors have extensive experience of carrying out company sales to UK and overseas buyers, with particular emphasis on transatlantic transactions.
Our own knowledge of the major buyers coupled with a network of associates on the ground equips us well to advise technology businesses on the optimal route to an exit and then to carry out the entire sale process, including creating documentation, identifying and negotiating with potential buyers and managing the project through to a successful conclusion. |
