To begin the process, Venture4th staff with the most relevant market background will meet with key personnel and review relevant company-provided and independent market data to prepare for the workshop.
Venure4th will then use its own resources, market contacts and access to on-line databases to research the input for the workshop. A presentation will be created which examines the implications of key strategic choices, assesses the viability of each in its market context and drives the workshop discussion itself.
The workshop, facilitated by Venture4th, will include participation by executives and shareholders as well as Venture4th personnel. The overall objectives of the workshop will be to explore the optimum route to build and realise value for the shareholders, whilst minimising the risk of failure and maximising the ability to ride the major market wave.
In order to drive each transition through the seven stages of evolution the business leaders must:
