The Venture4th Programme for Investors extends from pre-transaction services through turnaround to restructuring. We work with investors to preserve and create value during the crucial stages of an investee company's development, minimising investment risk and maximising the business benefit gained from any funding.
The key elements of our programme are:
- Review the business model, market space, financial history and commercial positioning
- Establish a valuation range and verification of the funding requirement for the business
- Provide a range of low-cost due diligence services such as financial, technical, market and management team assessment
- Provide regular senior level and board level executive presence in line with investor rights (specialising in finance, sales, commercial, technical or marketing)
- Post-investment review and change management
- Maximisation of IP asset value following company failure
- Restructuring failed businesses to preserve value
 Prior to investing, any investor will want to minimise risk by conducting due diligence. We are able to provide an independent executive assessment which provides a great deal more value over and above that of traditional due diligence. We find the pressure points in a business and report back to the prospective investor in simple terms where we consider the risks and or opportunities to be. We can also provide an alternative view on valuation based on our market knowledge and entrepreneur expectations.
Every growing business has its own shortcomings. As a result of our programme, we work with investors and investee companies to identify and address these. We can provide missing skills, acting as “virtual” executives, developing marketing and commercial plans or providing operational support.
Should your investment not be successful, Venture4th can maximise your intellectual property asset values via trade sale, rollovers into new vehicles or restructuring (both solvent and insolvent).
